In combat,we fight for the warrior to our left and right. In returning home and navigating the civilian world, we must implement those same tactics to achieve success.
Warrior Veterans helping Veteran
Warriors
Our inaugural ruck march became a dream after several veterans who work in various capacities in the community had become familiar with each other through Warrior Clan and had discussions about the suicide crisis amongst veterans and first responders. Thus, Haywood County Veteran Services and the 30th Judicial District Alliance are working alongside Warrior Clan and passionately supporting this cause. Also instrumental in this dream coming to fruition is the help of the Canton Police Department, Waynesville Police Department and the Haywood County Sheriff’s Office. .
Warrior Clan was founded in 2013 out of our passion for veterans – for their service, for their lives, and for the belief that community and camaraderie are necessary.
